Stable construction with sturdy wooden legs and a real wood veneer surface, stained and lacquered in layers to resist marks and wear, letting you enjoy every moment worry-free.
This 2-seat table can easily be extended into a 4-seat table using the included self-storing leaf.
The self-storing leaf is easy to insert to extend the table and just as easy to remove and tuck away under the table top when your guests have gone home.
The table legs are always in the corners of the table top even when the table is extended, so there is plenty of room for chairs under the table.
Each table is unique, with varying grain patterns and natural colour shifts that are part of the charm of wood.
The furniture in the TONSTAD series is designed to go well together. Use each piece of furniture as a beautiful solitaire or combine them to create your own personal solution.
Designer thoughts
Designer Ola Wihlborg
“With TONSTAD dining series, we maintain the same high level of quality and material as with the rest of the series. The tables have a stable, spacious design and the chairs are comfy for long sittings, whether for meals, crafting or paperwork. Attention to detail is key, with matched rounded corners and precise wood veneer bending. The brushed oak enhances the wood’s look while the matte finish adds natural appeal. I hope many enjoy the furniture and its quality design.”

Quality/durability
Brushed oak veneer with real wood
Real wood veneer is a thin slice of natural wood glued onto a surface. The technique has been used to make fine furniture for centuries without having to use solid wood. Brushing the veneer enhances the wood's texture and natural expression.
