To train your shoulders – place your arms straight down with one weight in each hand. Slowly bring your outstretched arms straight up until you reach shoulder height and slowly lower them again.
To train your biceps – stand with your hips wide apart and lift the weights up towards your chest by bending your elbows. Lower them slowly again.
To train your triceps – lean slightly forward with your arms at a 90-degree angle, then lift the weights straight back until your arm is extended.

“The clean, generic shape of DAJLIEN training weights makes them so anonymous that it can be hard to see what it is. That was also my idea with the design – to make it so generic that you can always have the out in the open, maybe as bookends or to keep the napkins in place. But first and foremost, they are of course flexible tools that help you get more out of your training. And since they “only” weigh 3 kg each, I hope you can lift both at the same time.”

Our designers have created products that you don't have to hide in the wardrobe.
