Chia pudding with smoothie & oat drink
Kickstart your morning with this delightful chia pudding! Bursting with fresh fruits and berries, it’s a nutritious and fulfilling breakfast – or a quick snack anytime.

INGREDIENTS:
Chia pudding with smoothie & oat drink
- 250 ml oat drink for coffee
- 250 ml LÅNGLUR fruit smoothie, any flavour
- 8 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 kiwis
- 100 g yoghurt 10%
- 200 g berries
- 1 passion fruit
- Mint leaves
STEP BY STEP:
- Combine the oat drink, smoothie, and chia seeds in a mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Divide the chia seed pudding into four glasses. Cover them and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Peel and mash the kiwi, and cut the passion fruit in quarters.
- Top each serving of chia pudding with kiwi, yoghurt, berries, passion fruit, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
