What is covered under the Guarantee?
  
The content of each guarantee varies for each product. See below more information for the terms and conditions of the each product’s guarantee.
 
 
Duration of Guarantee – local guarantee extent:
  
Each guarantee lasts for the number of years stated next to each product, and varies according to the kind of the product. The guarantee is valid from the day of purchase and covers the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus. 

 
What will be done to correct the problem?
  
IKEA will examine if the product is covered by the guarantee. If the product, or part of it, is defective, we will ensure its repair. If necessary, we will replace the defective item. In case the product is no longer part of the IKEA product series, we will replace it with a similar product.
  
 
Guarantee terms and conditions
  
The Guarantee applies from the purchase date and with the condition the purchase took place at IKEA Cyprus. Proof of purchase is necessary for the purchase date identification. Guarantee does not cover damages caused by bad assembling, mistreat or bad storage, dirt, scratches or other types of accidents. Guarantee does not cover natural wear, products left outdoors or used outdoors unless it is stated otherwise. You can contact the store you made the purchase for extra support. Care instructions:
  
For the guarantee to be valid, it is necessary to follow the specific care instructions for every product. You can find all care instructions at the IKEA store or at our website. 
  
 
General legal rights:
  
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. This guarantee does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law. The consumer’s rights are cumulative in regard to the guarantee’s rights.

 
How to reach us if you need our support:

You can either visit the IKEA store or contact us on the phone or via email. Save your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for the guarantee to be valid.
  
 
Price Guarantee
  
Prices of products featured in the 2018 IKEA catalogue are valid until 15th of August 2018 (Services of delivery, assembly, installation, and in general all services that are charged separately are not included in the prices of the products of the catalogue).
NOTICE: We reserve the right to adjust our prices according to any alteration of VAT or any other changes beyond our reasonable control, e.g. major currency fluctuations. Although we do try to ensure that all information in this catalogue is correct at the time of printing, we apologize for any alteration to products or series of products that may be made during the validity period of the catalogue.
