At IKEA, your shopping experience starts with convenient parking. Thus, with controlled parking, we ensure that there are enough available parking spaces for all our visitors, Monday to Sunday from 9am - 9pm.

Free Parking up to 2 hours

All our visitors will enjoy free parking for up to 2 hours. The free 2-hour parking applies whether you park your car at IKEA or at the Mall of Cyprus, since the parking lot of the two companies is shared.

Free Parking for up to 3 hours with IKEA purchases of €10 or more
Enjoy free parking for up to 3 hours with your IKEA purchases of 10€ or more (in one receipt). To take advantage of the additional one hour of free parking, you will receive a validation code from our staff upon completion of your purchases, which you must enter together with your car's license plate on the relevant tablet that you will find after the cash points area.

Free Parking for customers using IKEA services
Enjoy free parking when you use IKEA services such as Kitchen Design, Wardrobe Design, Picking & Delivery and Home Furnishing Advice. To enjoy free parking, please contact our staff throughout the duration of your visit.

Operation of IKEA Controlled Parking:

The license plates of your car will be recorded by the system as soon as you enter the IKEA parking area as well as the time of arrival.
At the end of your visit, drive your car to one of the parking exits.
If the duration of your visit is less than 2 hours, the parking bars will open automatically.
If the duration of your visit is more than 2 hours, the amount to be paid will be displayed on the screen of the payment terminal.
Present your Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay at the terminal and proceed to contactless payment. The parking bars will open automatically.
If you have validated parking, the parking bars will open automatically.

Cash payment
For visitors who do not wish to pay by card but by cash instead, there will be a cash payment station located at the exit of the IKEA Store.

Contact the Parking Management service
In case you have a problem with the parking bar, contact the parking management service using the intercom located at the payment stations at all exits.
