Product delivery is possible only within the limits of the Democracy of Cyprus via the collaborating transfer company or the collaborating speed transfer company.

9. RETURNS /CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the e-shop of H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd in Cyprus via the network area www.ikea.com.cy
When you order from the IKEA e shop (www.ikea.com.cy
) products that belong to the IKEA range you have the choice to cancel your order within the same day of the order.
You can change your mind within 40 days
If you change your mind you can return the products you ordered within 40 days with your receipt and order confirmation email. To return your products you can visit an IKEA store. You can also send your request by filling the withdrawal form

If your cannot return the products you purchased from IKEA online store (www.ikea.com.cy) yourself , the collaborating transfer company or the speed transfer (courier) company can return them for an extra charge. The charge depends on your postal code and the products weight. The extra charge must be paid directly to the collaborating transfer company or to the speed transfer company (courier).
No matter how you choose to request the products return, the request is valid from the date that you inform us for the request.
The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition and packed. You are responsible for the return cost unless the product is within the guarantee for reasons of deficiency. In case you open the package of the product you have to make sure to return it in perfect condition with all its parts and accessories. You agree on taking care of the return products from the moment they are delivered to you until they are delivered at the IKEA store or the collaborating transfer company or the speed transfer company (courier).
In case the products are not returned within 40 days H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd is not obliged to accept the return or replacement of the product. In any case the maximum time limit within a product can be returned for replacement is 40 days and cannot be extended. Besides the rights provided by the return policy, all consumer rights that apply for the consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding sales conventions and also any right deriving from the product guarantee, is recognized.
RETURNED PRODUCTS TRANSFER
In case you want to return products due to change of mind you are burdened with the immediate cost of returning the products. The delivery of the returned products can only take place from the address you stated in writing for their sending.
You agree on providing H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd with as many details as possible regarding the delivery address, for example the floor, accessibility difficulties for the courier, elevators, narrow stairs etc in order to facilitate the delivery process at your space. You agree on having proper access to the space for the delivery of the returned products.
If the transfer operator/ courier considers the delivery of the products possible to cause damage to your space, he will inform you verbally and write it down on the delivery form. You can choose to advice the transfer operator/ courier to gather the products despite the possible damage, but we are not responsible for any damage caused to your property or the products, given the gathering of the products will occur with caution and care.
You agree on giving the partner all the products you wish to return, including all parts and equipment that are included. During the delivery of the returned products you will sign a delivery form to certify that the delivery occurred. The delivery form will be provided by the transfer operator/ courier.
If you are not able to be present during the product delivery you can choose a representative that will take over the process instead of you. The representative must be an adult and must be capable of supervising the delivery instead of you
Refund cost of returning products
If you meet the refund conditions, we will refund you the amount that commensurate with the value of the products you are returning in the same way you made the original transaction (credit/debit card, bank account deposition, PayPal), unless you wish other means of refund, in which case you must let us know in writing. In case you have paid with COD (cash on delivery) and the products return takes place by you at the IKEA store, the refund will be in cash. Furthermore we will return to you the amount you spend for the product transfer to your space you purchased via the IKEA online store (www.ikea.com.cy
Refund of the value of the returning products will take place as soon as possible. In any case it will take place when you inform us in writing for your return request and we accept the products return and if the products have been delivered to the collaborating company / courier.
WITHDRAWL RIGHT EXCEPTIONS
The right to withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
a) provision of goods or provision of services which price depends on the fluctuations in the financial market outside the trader's control and could occur during the withdrawal time limit
b) provision of goods manufactured according to standards you have chosen as consumer or personalized
c) provision of goods which after the delivery are mixed intrinsically with other features due to their nature.
- Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (for example bad weather conditions etc) is impossible to deliver the products within the time limit we will inform you via email in order to let us know if under the circumstances you wish to complete your order. H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its control and will do the maximum for your best service.
- In cases where you have send your order online and during the delivery you realize that some part or product is missing please contact us to settle all the details required and send you the products you did not receive with no extra charge.
- Terms change: www.ikea.com.cy holds the right to change or renew the terms and conditions of the transaction. The company holds the responsibility to update the present text for any change or addition to the terms.
